Work With Us!

Why InterVarsity staff?

InterVarsity is a vibrant campus ministry that establishes witnessing communities of students and faculty. We live out our passion for Jesus on the university and college campus, an incredibly strategic mission field. We believe that if you can change the university, you can change the world. Students who are changed by Jesus, go on to be lifelong disciples and the ripple effects of that continue to impact wherever these students go in the future. And InterVarsity Staff, appointed by God and with the help of the Spirit, walk with students through this critical time of their lives.

Would you consider if God might be calling you to serve with us as an InterVarsity Staff?

HOW INTERVARSITY INVESTS IN STAFF

Because we want to be a part of what matters and what will last, we invest in people – those with whom we serve alongside.  With energy, curiosity, and an innovative spirit, we raise up thoughtful ministry leaders and build campus programs that get students and faculty excited to live out their faith in influential ways.  We are committed to building teams that bring together different cultures, perspectives, and skills that reflect the diversity of the campuses we serve.

To support our growing team, we offer remote work and a flexible schedule, a robust benefits package, unique career development opportunities, and a work environment that focuses on both professional and spiritual growth.
