FAQs

How much does it cost?
The full student price of Urbana is $615. You can reserve your spot with a $75 non-refundable deposit.

What's Included or Not Included
Your registration includes entry to the conference, access to leading global voices, onsite prayer, leadership training via our World Changers Cohort, and discernment support from experienced coaches.
Your registration does not include hotel, travel, and meals. Below are some resources to help you with these logistics.

Registration Discounts
If you are a student, there are a number of registration discounts available to you. You may use ONE discount code, whichever gives the largest discount. This can be updated if needed. Available discounts include:

  • $150 if you register after September 30th

  • $200 if you attend an InterVarsity area Fall Retreat / Fall Conference

  • $250 if you participate in the World Changers Cohort

Please talk to your InterVarsity staff to get the relevant discount code, or to have your code updated / changed.

Transportation
You arrange your own transportation to and from Urbana. We will have bus options that will do a round trip to Indianapolis and back. This will likely be your cheapest and easiest option. More bus details and sign up (AFTER registering for Urbana) here:

Housing
​We have a Regional hotel housing block at Springhill Suites, AFTER you register for Urbana, you can request a room below.
Deadline? 11/15 or when spaces are filled
Cost? $125 per night plus 17% tax is the estimate ($146.25/night)
Food? Breakfast is included and there is a mini-fridge in most rooms.
How many students will be in each room? 3-4 per room. Some students will need to share a bed in each room to accommodate 4 guests per room. Most Rooms have 2 queen beds and a sofa. A few rooms have a King bed + Sofa, that will be 3 per room.

We'll do our best to honor roommate requests, but reserve the right to add additional roommates to keep cost down and be able to house all interested students.

Meals
You’ll get your own meals, whether eating out or buying groceries (or eating breakfast at the hotel). Plan on spending around $120 total. Of course this amount will vary based on where you eat while traveling and on-site.

We recognize that between registration, travel, housing, and meals, Urbana can be expensive. If you need financial assistance, please talk to your InterVarsity campus staff about scholarship and fundraising opportunities for your campus.
