How much does it cost?
If you buy your conference pass through our Mid-Atlantic Urbana Registration the cost of Urbana Registration is only $239! (This is even lower than the early bird group rate being offered by Urbana!) We have a limited number of Urbana Early Bird passes at this rate. These will be available through September 1st. (or when we run out!) Non-refundable deposit of $50 is due when you register.
Chapter Camp Registration Discounts
If you registered for Chapter Camp 2025, please be sure to choose the Special Chapter Camp discount when you register so your Urbana pass is only $199!! Register by June 15th to get this discount.
Please talk to your staff about other scholarship and fundraising opportunities
Transportation
You can arrange your own transportation to and from Urbana OR book travel with other Mid-Atlantic students out of Philly or DC. See details on our Mid-Atlantic Urbana registration. (Cost of flights is $695 + $20 fees) If you need a partial scholarship to help cover your airfare, flying as part of this group travel will likely be your best option.

Housing
We have booked hotel rooms for Mid-Atlantic staff, students & volunteers at Hyatt Regency in Phoenix. You can book your spot at the same time as you register for your conference pass and airfare on our Mid-Atlantic Urbana Registration Site.
Cost? $179 per person for 4 nights if sharing a room with 3 people.
How many students will be in each room? Some students will need to share a bed in each room to accommodate 4 guests per room. We'll do our best to honor roommate requests, but reserve the right to add additional roommates to keep cost down and be able to house all interested students.

All rooms have Two queen beds and a couch
Costs are per person for a 4 night stay
If we can not fill your room that price will increase slightly
Roommates you request must select the same housing option as you (For example If you want to room with 3 people, make sure all 4roommates request the 4 per room option)
Meals
You’ll get your own meals, whether eating out or buying groceries (or eating breakfast at the hotel). Plan on spending around $120 total. Of course this amount will vary based on where you eat while traveling and on-site.

We recognize that between registration, travel, housing, and meals, Urbana can be expensive. If you need financial assistance, please talk to your InterVarsity campus staff about scholarship and fundraising opportunities for your campus.
